Summary

The aim of the course is to learn the basics needed to communicate at a basic level and understand cultural issues cultural issues in Algerian Arabic.

Description

Target audience

University students, language school students and anyone interested in the contemporary Arab world.

Participants' obligations

Preparation and submission of reports, papers or individual or group projects.

Competencies

Participate in basic conversations in Algerian.  Identify basic expressions in the Algerian language.  Recognise cultural aspects of the Maghreb.  Learn basic concepts for communicating in Algerian.  Understand aspects of North African society and culture.
