Summary

In the ""Resilience"" module, participants will learn about the key impacts of changes and stress on the work reality of employees, teams, and organizations. Through practical case studies, such as how digital transformation as a continuous change process is permanently reshaping the workplace, participants will understand how improved resilience can enhance the success and performance of individuals and systems in the long term. After completing the module, participants will be able to identify acute stress factors within the organization as well as for themselves, recognize their causes, and implement countermeasures. They will have methods to increase their inner strength in dealing with changes, challenges, and crises. As part of a group, they will be able to support each other in goal development and use techniques from systemic business coaching to develop solutions for problems. In this way, they will be able to contribute to increasing the resilience of the overall system in teams and organizations during times of change and crisis.
