Description
Presenting one’s own results is a fundamental part of academic studies and scientific work. Yet even the most well researched and compelling findings can only make an impact if they are communicated clearly, confidently, and in a way that is easy for the audience to understand. But what is the most effective way to achieve this?
Because there is no single universal answer, this workshop aims to equip participants with a broad range of techniques for delivering more successful presentations in academic and scientific contexts. The program combines theory and hands on exercises, allowing participants not only to learn about effective presentation methods but also to practice them directly.
Together, we will explore different approaches to preparation, become familiar with useful tools that can support the presentation process, and discuss a variety of practical tips and tricks for making a talk more engaging and impactful. By the end of the workshop, participants will walk away with a versatile “toolbox” filled with diverse techniques they can apply in future presentations.
